- How long until my site is live?
- Around five days once we have your content. The most common delay is waiting on text and images from your side, so having those ready speeds everything up.
- Is the domain and hosting really included?
- Yes — a free .com.np domain and the first year of hosting are part of the Rs 10,000. After the first year, hosting and domain renewal is Rs 5,000 annually.
- Can I update the content myself later?
- These are static sites, so content changes come through us rather than a self-serve admin panel. Message us on WhatsApp with what you want changed and we will handle it.
- What if I need more than ten pages?
- Message us with what you have in mind and we will quote it. If you need something with logins, dashboards or booking, that is a web application rather than a website.
- Do I have to pay the whole amount upfront?
- No. On projects this size we split it — 50% to start, with the balance due once the project is about 75% complete. We arrange this with you when you order on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Do you work with businesses outside Kathmandu?
- Yes. We are based in Kathmandu but work with businesses across Nepal — the whole process runs over WhatsApp, so your location makes no difference.
