- What does the Rs 25,000 cover?
- Building the system itself. Infrastructure — the VPS and domain it runs on — is billed at cost on top, plus a Rs 5,000 annual service fee to keep it maintained.
- How long does a build take?
- Two to three weeks for most projects. Bigger or less well-defined systems take longer, and we will tell you before starting rather than during.
- What is the difference between this and a website?
- A website presents information. A web application does something — logins, dashboards, bookings, records, internal tools. If people need accounts or you need data back out of it, it is an application.
- What happens after it launches?
- We keep it running. The Rs 5,000 annual service fee covers ongoing maintenance, and your infrastructure costs stay billed at cost.
- Do I have to pay the whole amount upfront?
- No. On projects this size we split it — 50% to start, with the balance due once the project is about 75% complete. We arrange this with you when you order on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Do you work with businesses outside Kathmandu?
- Yes. We are based in Kathmandu but work with businesses across Nepal — the whole process runs over WhatsApp, so your location makes no difference.
